• Sessions now end on their own. Signed-in web sessions close after a period of inactivity, and again at an absolute limit regardless of activity. Previously a session could remain valid for thirty days. If you are working on a shared or unattended machine, this is the change that protects you.
• Restore drill completed against the production database — recovered to a point 24 hours in the past in 8 minutes 45 seconds. Drills now run quarterly.
• Dependency updates across the web and mobile applications, closing several advisories.

• Pen recordings are more reliable. Fixed a case where an interrupted or unusually short pen recording could stall on upload instead of failing cleanly.
• Transcript timestamps that could not be trusted are no longer shown, rather than being displayed as though they were accurate.
• Duplicate uploads of the same recording are now detected and collapsed.
• Two interface strings that appeared in the wrong language are now in English.
• Every change now passes an automated test suite, a file-hygiene check and a secret scan before it can reach production.

• Clinical recording lane. Recordings made in a clinical context are processed on a dedicated path, keeping them separate from general meeting notes.
• Improved handling of recordings where no speech is detected, which previously produced an empty note with no explanation.
